We designed this 5 bedroom penthouse for a family of four. Clients wanted their home to be modern and lavish hence we chose simple clean lines, open spaces natural materials, and textured walls as the core of the design.
This duplex has double-height living spaces which allowed us to use walls as a key feature. While each room is designed to suit the tastes of each family member, similar design language helps tie spaces together. Bright colours with general earthy and neutral tones become the focal point and add character to every space. Clients also wanted to bring some bits of nature to their home which we achieved by introducing a balcony garden with a trickling waterfall.
