Understanding Your Needs

Upon receiving your enquiry, we begin by offering a complimentary consultation to discuss your design needs, visit your space, and better understand your budget and overall project goals. This first consultation also serves as an opportunity for us to understand each other better, and determine if we are a good fit for your project.

PHASE TWO

Concept, Design & Budget

After preliminary consultation, we sit at the drawing board to develop design concepts for you and create a proposal based on your needs. Our conceptual design generally includes the following:

• Mood boards, themes (look & feel)
• Layout plans and visualisations
• Options for materials, finishes, and furniture
• Options for fixtures and equipment
• Preliminary budget

Once we settle on the concepts, budgets and general direction of the project we will complete the design sign-off, project timelines, design agreement/contract, and payment agreement.

PHASE THREE

Design Development And Finalization

This step begins once you sign off on the design and complete the formalities of the contracts. We will schedule site-visit for detailed measurements, and photographs, and begin the development of design solutions for your project. The objective of this step would be to create a customized solution best-suited for you.

We utilize cutting-edge and time-tested practices to develop layouts, elevations, and 3D Visualisations. We specialize in a variety of design styles and preferences while creating innovative, luxurious and functional spaces for all of our clients. Our professional network and relationships give us access to a wide range of the best materials, furniture and fixtures. We will also give you the option to select the best-suited providers from a list of vendors and contractors.

PHASE FOUR

Execution

All through the construction, we work closely with contractors, fabricators, and installers to review and discuss pertinent details and schedules. We devote ourselves to our client’s needs, the design, and easing the process for homeowners. Our services start at the dream stage and end when you move into your dream home.
